My mobile sandblasting setup has been proving itself, blasted the whole firewall on the K5, lots of holes but the donor piece looks pretty good after blasting

I am considering doing something similar. How big a mess does that work create?

If you can blast on top of grass or gravel, the coal slag really is not super noticeable. I did this on concrete but 15 minutes with a blower does a good job of getting the debris into the yard and out of the inside of the truck.

Doing the firewall inside and out of the blazer and the donor firewall used less than 150lbs of media
