Are those bedrails or the roof rack rails off of a suburban?

Today I prepped the rear of the frame for reassembly, and even got most of the reassembly done.

New brake lines and hose, and the exhaust. My lower shock bolts are too long for my taste, so I’ll get new ones tomorrow.

Installed new plugs and wires. Then I went to my friend's garage to pick up the used foose wheels. Will install them on another truck once I'm done refinishing them.

Did a few piddly things on the dually today...

New coolant reservoir. Not sure I’m 100% happy and may get a custom reservoir.

New windshield washer fluid tank.

Detailed the inner wheel wheels

Polished the wheels a little. The previous owner left them super dirty

Removed the blue writing on the tailgate that was there from when the previous owner bought the gate from the salvage yard

I was gone for the full weekend so this is what I did this afternoon after we got back in town

Got the truck back from the mechanic; runs great although we didn't set off a single car alarm in the office garage. found out gas gauge is pegged at full. got to push the beast for a while until someone came by to hook a chain to. sunday we got to work. best truck ever!
Plus - passed inspection so i can re-register and be legal on the road!

No, thanks. This is momma's mulch hauler and the last thing she needs is a filler neck in a spot that isn't safe from her carelessness. I already have a new Tanks, Inc EFI tank ready to slap in.

The clamps came with the exhaust system, but they're known as 'band clamps' and invented by a company named Torca many years ago. You can even order band clamps from Amazon for five or six bucks apiece.

Oh man. Cut my tail pipes off today, I didn’t want to but they were in the way of my new receiver hitch. Got that done, put the hitch up to find out that 4 of the six holes need to be drilled. Crap. Pilot holes went great, then got to the last 2 sizes I needed and they were dull as could be. Had to go buy a new bit just to get finished. Took way more muscle and time than I thought. My biceps are killing me. Also put my warn bumper and 8274 winch on to get ready for winter time. Still need to clean up my trailer wiring but I’ve had enough for the day. Looking for some ideas on what to do with my exhaust. Right now it’s just cut off behind the rear axle. Definitely looks cleaner without pipes but I’m not sure I like how it sounds now.
