These are the wheels on my 85 GMC, not sure what’s up with the spacer. They’re on the front and not the rear. You can see the size stamped on the inside of wheel. Other trucks I’ve had with ralleys have had holes where the center cap attaches, plus these trim rings are smaller as well. Not sure if theses are correct / original to this truck. Resto planned and would like something with a bead lock wheel look, adding 2” lift, tall but not wide tires, what would be colorectal size wheel?

The correct wheels would not need spacers. The spacers were probably added because the inside rim edge was too close to the tie rod end. GM rally wheels, 5 and 6 lug have small holes to mount the caps. I don't believe GM used 8 lug rally wheels. Many aftermarket wheels found their way on to square body trucks.

I’m 99% sure those are later model wheels from a gmt400 or gmt800. Like @Turbo4whl said, the spacers are aftermarket and there because the wheel offset is wrong for that model truck.

The correct size for your next wheels will be a combination of personal preference and tire size.

Got a ways to go before needing shiny new wheels. Don’t be the guy who buys new tires and wheels for his project to sit on for ….years.
Spacer for clearance, somewhere. Prob tie rod?
Rally’s not from a square. Never made a squarebody 8 lug rally.
Correct size rim? Thats a personal opinion answer. Some like 15s some like donks.
If you’re asking offset or backspacing, it’s a more detailed discussion but you’d be batter off doing some reading and mockup if that was the question. But again that would be useless until the suspension and body are in final configuration.
And auto fill words just revealed some of your internet history. I hope your colorectal is ok…..

Yeah, those are GMT 400 wheels. Or '96-'02 Express van wheels.

Chevy pattern: 8×6.5 inches, also called 8×165.1 mm.
Many Dodge/Ram 2500 wheels use that same pattern.
Still check center hole and backspacing. Late Dodge wheels may sit too far inward and rub.
Modern 2011-up GM HD wheels are 8×180 and will not fit.

hope this helps!

@Rusty Nail yes, Dodge wheels fit too. And pre-'99 Ford wheels.

how come nobody suggested that was done to modify the track width? y'all know new kids want to "correct" that. it's exactly like wanting to "level" the bed

They’re on the wrong end plus that 1/4” isn’t going to make any significant difference in evening out the track width. I believe most people that do it use 1.5” to even things out.

Most all OE wheels for similar applications are similar backspacing/offset. Speaking for 8 lug trucks anyways.
I’ve put 3rd gen and 4th gen Dodge 8 lug on GMT 400/800 trucks with no issue, as well as the same wheels on 2nd Gen Dodge 8 luggers.
All very similar / same fit.
