Well I installed a new steering wheel but in my attempts to finish it up with the horn it started honking. I know I should have unhooked the battery but I didn't. The terminals on the back of the horn hit the center bolt. Specifically the center "hot" terminal. I had to order a spacer. I was hoping for 1/4" but had to settle for 1/2". Overall not bad for an $85 or 87 steering wheel and horn and a $30 hub and $27 I think billet control dress up.

Looks like a Grant Signature type of adapter and hub, IIRC I've just bent the horn button contacts to point away from any ground source to avoid the issue.
