Got my 203 disassembled (mostly) Looks good on the inside. Gears look good, no major wear. Everything got a diesel bath. Started laying out the parts. Still have some disassembly to do. Started sandblasting to prepare for powder coating.

I have a question. I have a 10 spline front yoke. Should I change out the front shaft for a 32 sline like the rear? Does it matter? I want to upgrade to a 1350 yoke, 10 spline 1350 jokes are hard to find, or really expensive.
Can anyone that knows about transfer cases answer the question? @bucket

I don't know what front outputs are common for the 203. I've never known anyone to mess with them. A Ford 32 spline front output for a 205 is a common swap, that's all I know lol.

No matter what you decide on for an output, imho, you'll want a companion flange type of yoke. Then you will have the ability to run a common double cardan type shaft.

I forged my original 2-stick ORD Shift Levers into tongs. They work better now.
