Speedometer wire

How would I be able to find out which one is my speedometer wire and rpm’s if I converted to an 5.3 motor with an Delphi automotive ecu… I’m hoping by a miracle it’s that green and white wire???? Can anyone help…

I would use an aftermarket tachometer, and a GPS Spedo.

I’m going for the glow shift gauges…. Just a gps should tell me the rpm’s too???

Yes it starts runs everything I just don’t have any gauges… I bought it with a 5.3 vortec engine for I’m a 2003 Tahoe and old gauges were missing… now I’m installing some glow shift gauges…. Since it was already wired I’m having a hard time figuring out what’s the speedometer be rpm’s

You need to find a wiring diaghram for a 2093 Tahoe sounds like.

IIRC I tapped into the VSS wires going into my 0411 ECM to supply my speedometer with a signal

What colors where you vss???? I have three wires I believe there for my rpm’s green, white and red
