Dose the pink/fusha wire have an inline fuse in it that may have blown?

Just clarifying here the truck does not crank or the truck cranks and does not start? Should be the large cable from the battery, and two feed wires on the big post on the starter and the crank signal wire on the little post. The manual I have for your truck shows that as a purple wire. That purple wire runs up the harness through a connector into the cab to the neutral safety switch. (If it is a manual trans it goes to the clutch safety switch.) From there it goes to the ignition switch.

All the wiring is below the column. The purple wire is not fuseable linked.

Have you tried jumping a wire directly from the battery to the starter to see if it turns over?

On the top of the steering column down by the firewall is a half moon switch with two connectors. One connector is for the reverse lights (has one green wire and one black if I recall) and the other is the neutral start connector and this is the one you jump the connector and see if it starts then.
