I have a gt grant steering wheel that’s kinda wooden and old and if I hooked it up to my column shift would the horn still work?.

one of my favorite wheels.

just go on the grant site and get the adapter/install kit.

it will push the wheel toward you a couple inches though.

the horn pigtail is usually 'in the kit'.

good luck!

it the car was a gm product in the same year range, you might be good to go.

there are a ton of adapters for the endless possible vehicles to put those grants on.

:)

i had a phase in the very early 90s of putting my grant signature wheel on every monte carlo, regal, grand prix, cutlass i owned.

until i finally got one with a NON 231 v6 and stopped breaking them.

307 v8 lasted longer than the rest of the regal did.
unfortunately, the grant went with it.

:(
