I just put in a new windshield wiper switch on my k20 and now they won’t turn off and only have one speed which is high any ideas

This sounds like the "park" position being worn out in the motor itself. There should be some threads on here talking about this issue. Try the search tool if you want to read up on it.

For fixing it you have some options. You can rebuild it, replace it, or you can chase this issue and try to troubleshoot it to the switch itself or the delay module. When I had this issue I tried that. Eventually I installed a new wiper motor and it's been great since then.

Attached is a basic diagram how the wiring goes. Wipers have power all the time & the switch connects different wires to ground for different speeds & off (which is park). If you have a delay module you can remove it to see if that is the issue.
