As the title states, ill be purchasing seats from a 1990 Suburban for my 1990 K5 Blazer, attached to this post will be the seats themselves, along with how the mounts are.

(First two are from the K5, last three are the Suburban seats)

Would it be possible to swap the tracks/mounting brackets from each seat? Or perhaps there's another way to go about this?

Let me know any suggestions you may have, thank you

They should be the same base, and tracks....1990 is square body Burb and Blazer. I used to have one with those blue velour buckets.... There may be armrest differences, I don't remember exactly how that truck was(been a while since I had it). I do have a pair of used blue velour buckets from the 81-87 Burbs, but they're in my shop building which is ten miles from home.

Those K5 buckets share a mounting pattern with a bazillion different GM cars of the 80's and 90's. The Suburban seats however, share a frame design more like other GM products of the 70's.

I'm sure you can make it work though. It might just take a little fiddling.

I "think" the K5 brackets and tracks can be transferred to the Burb seats. I started to do this on my '89 Jimmy 20 years ago but then used NBS seats with heaters and power.
