Wheel adapter

What would y’all recommend for a adapter to mount 20 inch 6 lug wheels. I have a 83 GMC with 5 lugs.

First, I would not recommend adapters. The only way would be a 2 piece adapter.

Better would be to replace the rear axles with the 6 lug type. Replace the front brake rotor hubs with 6 lug.
