New chrome headlight bezels. I was going to paint the black bezels but one of them had a busted off upper mounting tab. I bought LMC bezels, they sure are, IDK, blingy?? A little too much chrome for me but they'll do for now. If I do it again I will pick up used ones and paint them.

I used this guy’s method.

I bought stickers from a1industries. Because they have the smaller ones for the front hubs

xc_hide_links_from_guests_guests_error_hide_media

is the front hub also just a sticker to peel off, or do you need to disassemble something first?

Mine moved to the ditch in front of the house for a while.
@Maxwellvis found another project to drag home and needs the driveway space to put this one back on the road.

Here he is in his new to him 1984 3/4 ton GMC Suburban as we pulled it off the driveway and into the yard so we could hook it up to mine.

I expertly lettered the rear doors to let the people know what we were up to on the 1 mile long adventure to our house.
$130 in cool Harbor Freight towing stuff and we were off!

My 1995 pulled the '84 home with relative ease.
I pulled it into the cul-de-sac across the street up to as close to the road as possible.
We unhooked and he got in.
When the busy road was clear enough, Dad pushed this thing across the road and into the driveway like a rented mule.
Here is the happy kid with his new project, never mind the other projects he has already...

Honestly, he stole this thing for $1000.
It needs an engine and reassembly, but for how clean all of the metal is it is worth far more than he paid.
The PO had melted a piston back in 1998 and it was pulled into the garage and forgotten about.
Up until about 6 months ago, when the elderly feller pulled it out.

We went over for a couple of old VW engines he had and it was sitting there.
I simply asked "What is the deal with this?"
He said he was getting ready to move it along to which I asked how much?
The response was $1000 and Max told him he would buy it right then.

This is where we are now as of last Saturday.
All the lights work, the stock radio works and still plays tapes.
He told me even the dash clock works.
LUCKY SUCKER!!

The boys idea thus far is to build it up to be the size of the Burb to the left of my stock height truck.
Not to be as big as the other truck on the right...

6 inch lift eventually with a set of 37's on it.
That multi colored truck has 12 inch of lift and 42's on it for a size comparo.
Mine is a 3/4 ton truck that is stock height on one size bigger than stock tires.

Those other trucks make mine look lowered....
That green burb reminds me of a 75 we had when I was 15-16 except it was white still pissed my mom sold it lol nice burb man barn doors too

My truck is a K10 and has auto locking hubs on the front. The center caps have a hole in it to slide over the hub. The end of the hub has a chrome cap with a smaller 4x4 sticker on it. It peels right off and the new sticker pops on the end.

Drove it this afternoon. It has been stowed away for several days. My brakes have been squealing, so for a temporary fix I sprayed the calipers and discs up front with some Brakleen. I had to hear if it helped and I had to shake the cobwebs off.

I could only find the front ones on usa1industries.

I ordered both today. rear ones showed up in the "recommended items" when I was looking at the front ones.

What’s the plan for install?
Tweeters going up front dash area. The 6.5 I'm probably gonna to make a center console to put them in. The 6x9s will replace the stock ones in my back dash in the camaro. They were sold as a set on ebay.

There's not enough room for me to post the pictures of all the cobwebs on my truck right now

Loaded my Z28 for a real world tow test. I actually bought the truck amd trailer to pull this car specifically. The 454 does okay on flat land but struggle on the slopes and hills.
