I wonder how long that Saginaw would hold up with a 502 in front of it? Haha!
You should do a video attempting to speed shift that 3 on the tree with the big block in there....just for the heck of it
I 1000% agree with this!
That 3 speed is fairly ok. I already wound the i6 up and speed shifted it a couple times hahahahahahahaha
Perfect for drag racin!
Cool truck for sure!
Washed up the twins today
Decided im gonna keep the 3 speed behind the big block... currently wotking on yanking the i6 now.
changed oxygen sensors on the LS swap today. Driver/passenger voltage waveforms were significantly different. Appear to be more similar to each other now.
Before below, after changing both waveforms have same activity as the left did.
Just gave them a bath today after reconnecting the pass rear side brake line. Struggling with the driver's side I gave up. Lol
Got the i6 pulled tonight, wife and bro inlaw helped...
Gotta see if the old flywheel and clutch will work with the bbc, if it will, great! If not, we'll buy another
Pulled steering column this afternoon. Going to replace lock cylinder and all the switches. While I’m at it I’m going to say dos vadanya to the steering shaft and rag joint and replace with one for a Jeep from Rock Auto.
finally have tunes !! woohoo. Hated cutting the holes but it needed to be done.
Plan is to torture the 3 speed for now while i go thru my th400 and verify shes ok.
Its been sitting for 1.5 yrs which is terrible for an older auto like that.
Figure maybe i'll add a manual VB while im at it.
