I just keep on driving it.

Soon though it will get a new exhaust and carrier bearing.
I picked up a set of Flowmaster 40 series mufflers from Craigslist the other day that will fit the bill just right.
The mufflers will be removed from the tailpipes and the pipes will go under my Bel Air when it gets a fresh exhaust under it.

Later found out that the orientation was off to the right about half a turn... pissed me off so i pulled it off and re drilled another hole and put it right. So my wheel is fulla holes but hopefully the horn setup will cover it.
Could always have the wheel plug welded, but then you'd lose the nice finish it's got.

I'm about to replace my parking brake cables. Is there anything I should know before starting the project on my 85 C30?

Looked like its annodized that can be cleaned up real quick.
Idk lol it was an old wheel from god knows where that ive always liked the looks of. Actually.... i took it out of a 79 cougar XR7 my dad had now that i think about it. It is steel(i think) and could use a good repaint and proper horn button setup.

When I saw this one in person, it just spoke to me.
It said "I want a better life and you can give that to me. Take me home."
So I listened to the sweet nothings that it whispered and have enjoyed it every day since then.
Even if all I do is come home and it is sitting in the driveway...

I called GM a couple months back and they are discontinued. Let us know which aftermarket cables you go with and how it works out.

Got a quote from AutoZone. 60 for all 3 cables. Do I need connectors too?
