Power window motors on both rear doors pretty much went out at the same time here recently so I've replaced both motors. Got the motors from Napa for $70 for the pair. Hopefully they'll last a long time.
New 140 amp alternator and plugged some potential vacuum leaks on my 85 C30

No-this ole girl is 2WD. I had kept looking for a single rear wheel truck but every one I found was either on it's last busted leg or wasn't for sale. So I stumbled upon this one and the money was right so I had to get it.

I've still got a good selection of NOS stuff for it as well as a full set of Odyssey leather seats. It'll stay black but the inside will be grey and I'll retain the upper white trim too. It'll be an awesome cruiser truck build!

Re-wired all lights in rear, previous owner has a rats nest back there. He tapped in to wires for trailer light, but all he did was cut the insulation and left wire intact. Then just stripped and wrapped the trailer wire around it.....no electrical tape, butt connector, solder nothing.

So got all lights working and loomed everything and fastened back were it was mounted.

Ordered a new shift indicator, bent mine pulling dash bezel out ad now needle sticks going to OD to P.

I finally got this big guy bolted in! These things are kind of new to me, so I have to look up pictures on Google a lot to figure out where things are supposed to go. Lol! Now I just have to do all of the other little things. It sure does fill up the engine bay nicely compared to the old 350 I pulled out.

It's nothing special from what I've figured out so far. It's a truck motor, 2 bolt main, peanut port heads. It has been enlarged to a 468 and has a slightly bigger cam from what I've been told. It came from a friend's dad's truck so I know it is a pretty solid runner with less than 5000 miles since it was rebuilt. It came with a Demon carb but not sure what size it is. Overall I'm pretty excited to hear this thing run.
