While waiting for a new IAC and injectors, I tried to clean my old one. Which just made it worse, so then I killed time giving him his first bath, followed by Sweet Patina So Fresh and So Clean followed by their Century Polish. Its hard to tell in the pics, but it really brought the old paint back to life.

Hung both fenders yesterday but still need to shim them some for better fitment. I’ll move to the hood after fenders look right. It’s still a 20 footer; and gives me more respect for those that have the patience to restore them to factory condition. Sure is a lot of work with all that surface area, imagine how much more challenging if there were lots of curves on these old trucks.

My latest upgrade, 15x6 stock rims changed to 15x8 AR Baja black.

With a few more cm offset the look is so much better...
