Vortec heads and factory ac

I have an 84 GMC 1500 and am considering Vortec heads. Will the factory ac brackets bolt up to a Vortec style intake or will I need to figure something out?

That's an R4 compressor isn't it? The mounting brackets for it bolt to the front of the head.
