Reset your IAC, and check the voltage at your CST. Check your TPS also.

A little re-tappy tap to 5-40,

Old bushings snapped off, holes rebored to .500

Bronze bushings turned to .505 od, ID .375 for shaft and pressed in into holes.

Not perfect, but good enough for today.

I also blended "VBI" so it looks like it belongs. ;)

Just need to make butterflies on wire EDM, and buy the police injectors and a new adjustable regulator.

Thanks to @1987 GMC Jimmy for reminding me, i can modify the factory pressure regulator and emulate the same affect as the 65psi police injectors.

Im going to proceed with that tomorrow, order a new gasket set, make a spacer for the larger butterflies, and then should i have time, install, and see how she roars.

And the easy pressure regulator mod to make it adjustable.
I just replace that screw i drilled out with a 1/4-28 flathead

Other than losing my adjustable regulator setup after spraying my own eye with carb cleaner, and waiting on the gasket set i ordered... the 650cfm VBI is ready to transplant on.
