I have a 76 K15 that I’m replacing the intake manifold and valve covers on. I’m trying to find some aluminum covers that will work with this set up. I see that most aftermarket covers only have the two holes, and don’t include the PCV hole.

I see some people running the aftermarket valves, how is this done? If you vent through the oil fill holes, how do you put oil in the engine?

I don’t have a ton of knowledge on these engines, but I’m learning so any help is appreciated!

I just pull one of the breathers off and fill through there and replace when done. I have the a breather, or a cap depending on what you like, on the driver side cover then I have the PCV on the passenger side cover. You should't have issues unless if someone would like to correct me.

That's the way I've always seen them.

Yeah, you just pull the breather out and fill through that hole. The breather grommet has a much larger I.D. than the PCV grommet.
