I ran a 305/50 20 Nitto drag radial in the rear of my 4/6 dropped C10 On a 20x10 with 5.75 backspace.
Tire Diameter:
32.05 in.
Section Width:
12.44 in.
When for example the driver side would articulate the axle up over something on just that side the inside of that tire would rub slightly on the wheel well about 3/4 of the way up on the inner side. Not enough to hear/notice but enough to leave a rub mark any taller or if the tread was more aggressive it could have been a problem.
Current tire is a 28x12 15 on a 15x10 with 5.5 backspace It comes nowhere near rubbing.
Tire Diameter:
28.00 in.
Section Width:
12.10 in.
If you stay around 31" tall or less, section width around 12.25" or less and keep your backspace around 5.5" with a 6-7" drop should fit fine without rubbing in the rear.
The front is a completely different story.
This is a fleet side a step box may be different.
