Looking for an “old skool” stainless or chrome tube grill. Round tube, square tube, don’t care. Can’t stand the modern “billet look” grilles. Stock style is, um, “too stock” if that makes sense…

Crusty is fine, as long as it isn’t bent up.
Thanks

Im just the apposite dislike old style tube grills, they restrict air flow. I tossed a real nice one in the garbage, probably shouldn't have done that.

You it wouldn't be hard to make one. Aluminum angle as uprights on the backside. Screwed to Aluminum square tubing from the backside, polish it,hit with shark skin,or paint it.

This is my chrome tube grille. Keep in mind I built this truck the first time in the '90s, and I used a Stull grille which were popular at the time (long since out of business). When I redid the truck a couple years ago, I wanted to keep it exactly as the first time. I searched forever for a replacement since the grille was a bit pitted with some minor rusting. Finally found a NOS one on eBay, exact match. I still have the Stull grille if you're interested. Not sure how shipping would go though. But I shipped headers to someone in TN so anything's possible.

Have a tube grill on the 73, very difficult to get the hood open, not much room for fingers.
