Yes, you buy the main kit with or without steels, then by your add kits, like bushing kits, thrust washer kits, etc. The reason this is done, is you might want to only replace the thrust washers or bushings that are needed since many of them are reusuable shape in many cases. Now they don't sell them at TPartsUSA, but there are also kits out there are complete, with common bushings and washers that need replaced, vac modulator, band, filter etc, but those 1 stop shop kits are usually high dollar, and for the price you gt common stuff, you can build your own kit seperatly and get all bushings, filters, torrington bearings and thrust washers for the same or less money.
