What size tires can I fit under a 1981 k10 with a 3" body lift with 10" wide 15" rims 33x12.50 or can I fit 35x12.50 no serious off roading just cruising dirt roads and such?

33's would be a nice fit and wouldn't rub if you do get it crossed up.

The backspacing/offset of your rim may be the deciding factor as to whether the wheels will rub.

I ran a set of 35x12.50x15 BFG TA/KO's on 15"x10" aluminum 5-slots. They rubbed quite a bit on a stock lift with minor fender trimming (only the inside of the wheel well was trimmed) due to the backspacing of the rim (didn't rub at all on a set of steel 15"x10").

I'm now running a set of 32x11.50x15 Yokohama Geolander A/T-S on the same aluminum rims without any rubbing issues on the stock suspension with the existing trimmed fenders and aluminum rims.

My guess is that you'll be able to run the 33's without any issue, but the 35's may rub a little bit depending all on your wheels.

Yeah with a 10 inch wide rim, anything over a 33" is going to rub pretty good without some more lift or some cutting.
