I'm leaning towards the graphite but also like the multi color aka kaleidoscope. There are still three other colors I wanna check out before I make my final decision.

I found removing the shifter completely makes taking it apart much easier. To remove the shifter, just simply twist slightly and pull up. It will pop right off in your hands and you can then take it apart with easy.

Notes: use flash light to see where the tabs are.
