Did some research and looks like °150-°170 for around 1 1/2 hours in the oven.
Watched this video. Made me laugh a little but had the information I was looking for at the end.

Got both front mounts on and drilled 3 holes for each side, pretty easy. Each bracket uses 9 bolts to mount it. (4) 7/16"bolts and (5) 1/2" bolts.
The rears have to be measured and then set and all of those holes have to be drilled out im pretty sure.
