Transmission was rebuilt about 8-9 years ago.. It has maybe 6,000 miles on that rebuild.
First issue I'm having with the trans is that it's slipping cold. I'm guessing fluid drain back? How do I eliminate this slipping?
Next issue I was letting my truck idle before I took it down the road. I noticed after a few minutes it started smoking from around the hood. I popped the hood and noticed that trans fluid was coming out of the fill tube and dripping on the header. Anyone have any idea on what's causing this?
