Check this out had a ball joint come dang near out of the socket. Was seated fully and was tight fitting in the socket. Any ideas why other then the obvious it being a bad knuckle

Was the upper sleeve adjusted properly during install?

The upper and lower joints are in compression in normal loading. That’s all I can really think of that would draw the upper out.

Probably not, it went for a wheel alignment and then for a safety and that’s when that was noticed.
