Any petroleum based stuff is going to be compatible with the boot hopefully. are the boots replaceable?

I deleted my original reply and only brought up some clarification and reporting what the manufacturer of the tool says, i didnt say that to say its wrong but to share concerns/be cautious

if i had a torn boot in the slightest (so it spits grease, im never going to refrain from using something like that because its not going to over pressurize and it probably gets dirt contamination over time even if its not wobbly yet

In my world a sealed ball joint is one that has NO zerk and was never meant to be greased, sorry if you misunderstood my response....And, I'm not upset just confused with why this tool shouldn't be used if the ball joint is NOT taking grease, so what difference does it make if it doesn't work.......the joint is FUBAR anyway or going to be shortly
