Stone shields for front of rear wheel 1986 K10

I'm looking for recomendations on which chrome paint shield to buy. My truck is an '86 with adhesive trim. Everything I've seen is for bolted-on trim. TIA

I didn't realize there were two versions. Iirc, the ones I had, there was a notch at the top so they could just tuck under the '73-'80 style trim.

I didn't realize there were reproductions now. You'll probably have to hunt for an old set. Might even be able to find NOS stone guards if you can dig up a part number. They were available as a dealer accessory. They fit very well too.

Ok ya those look like they hook under 70s trim IE too short for 80s trim trucks or not right for any truck that don’t have 70s trim.

I’m sure you’re looking for the look or appearance but if you can’t find any that fit right, you could maybe get the look and protection with some chrome/stainless vinyl wrap and then top it with clear film if wanting protection too.

Aftermarket used to make two different styles of 1973-87 stainless steel trim there. Both used to single stainless steel bolt at the top and both tucked under the wheel lip mldg. One is totally smooth and the other had that stamped ridge along the whole perimeter. A way better looking and stronger shield in my opinion was the later.
