Does anyone know if you can mount a spot light to the a pillar i think its called if so anyone know where i can get the kits i cant find them

Or get one off an old cop car or fire truck. I see them all the time in the junkyard.

drill holes then skrew the mount to the body.

Stepped drill bit, But first drill a pilot hole straight through the A pillar with a 1/4" bit, that way you have an exact center for the stepped bit on both sides.
