Socket organizer need help for homemade

I want to make a socket organizer similiar to the ones in the picture. Ready made us not going to be an option. Things that come to mind is hopefully someone knows of some polyurethane or similar 1 can pour around the arranged sockets. Some kind of dense foam I can cut. Or some guidance on how to make them with a 3d printer. Or ???? Thank you

Picture didn't make it to the post.
3d printing is a good option, there are a lot of free download print files out there. Just have to choose the right filament to withstand the shop environment.

How many drill bits do you have?
A nice, good looking piece of wood and a lot of drilling...then maybe a set of socket labels from Amazon or Temu.

Makerworld has the Gridfinity ecosystem, if you're going in blind, a Bambu printer and files off Makerworld are pretty fool proof.

I have no idea how that got double posted. I requested a mod close the other one. A piece of wood and drill bits isn't going to do it. That was actually my first thought. I do have access to a 3d printer,but know absolutely nothing about using one.

Get a plastic cutting board from a thrift store and a step bit, and have at.

Okay you guys have given me some ideas,and I appreciate it. I was hoping there was an easy button something to pour in,like when you make a plaster mold of something. I'm going to see what I can do with the 3d printer.

What is the application for these that commercial ones won’t work? Just curious to know.

3D printer would be the way to go, something like TinkerCad would work well for creating the 3D model, it’s online, free, and pretty intuitive to use.

I want it to fit snug in a specific enclosure, with enough of the correct size holes in the specific order I want them in. I've made plaster molds of car parts in the past to duplicate them. You take a box,wax the inside,pour plaster in,push the waxed part you are moulding into the plaster and walk away. I was hoping someone knew of some pourable polyester resin or something,I could use mold release in the drawer ,spray the sockets with mold release, pour some kind of resin 3/8ths deep and walk away. That's what I was hoping for. Then the organizer would fit perfect and all sockets would be arranged the way I want.
