I bought this to convert my 85K10 to manual trans. Decided, I will try to find a complete donor truck with clutch pedal linkage instead. Told it works just fine. The guy I got it from upgraded to an NV4500 in a 87 Shortwide K10.
So this should fit any manual trans squarebody with an NP208 Transfer Case $100.
