Shock Mount

I am looking for a top of the frame mount rear shock mount. I want to Double shock the rear-end in the Extracab. I wish I could remember where I got this one....I need one more...

Burbs and K5's used them, but I don't remember if they differed at all. The body won't be coming off my parts Burb for a little while still, but I could probably gain access through the rusty floor. I'll try to remember to check it out tomorrow.
