replacing rear shackles I had to cut the bolts because they were rusted to the metal sleeve inside the rubber on the spring eye. Whats the best(easiest) way to get the bolt out of the rubber?

You will have to replace the bushings. Replace the eye bolts with grease able pins

Anyone ever get the energy suspension polyurethane bushings that fit stock leaf springs ?
