This truck belonged to a friend of mine who sadly died 2 months back. He had big plans for the truck, but never got around to restoring it.

Some of his friends and I are helping his mom sell it as she lives 1,500 miles away.

I don't know a whole lot about it, but can find out more. What I do know is it has a 6" lift. Front springs are TuffCountry EZ ride springs. Blocks in the back. A ORD steering brace was installed. Tires are 35" Wild Country MTs.
Rear fenders are rusted. Truck was sitting outside so the red is very oxidized. I haven't had time to wash and wax it yet (end of summer got in the way of working on this truck for right now). There are extra parts, but I need to get a list of what's all there.

Mainly putting this up here to see if anyone has interest in. I'd love to see it go to a good home.

The truck is in Kalispell, MT. Asking $2,900 OBO

EDIT: Got a text about what extra parts there are. 3 new fan belts, set of new locking hubs, new gas tank, front fender, new U-joints, new front/rear brake pads, misc steering parts. The original front bumper (he liked the '81 bumper with the turn signals in it better). Another grille. Battery on the truck was just replaced. Odometer reads 26,000 miles. So... 126,000?

I talked to the owner who had it before my buddy. He said the truck has a rebuilt engine and transmission. This was done about 5-6 years ago and would have about 25,000 miles on them. Truck also has headers. Engine is a 350.

SOLD

Truck was sold for $2500 to a young high school kid. It will be his first truck. Hopefully he has a lot of fun with it, but still takes care of it.

Hopefully he'll turn into a young square fan and fix her up! :)

I wish I could have, but it was sold to him when I was out of town. Not a whole lot of people around here, so I'm sure I'll see it again and will either talk to him of leave a note on the windshield about this forum.

I tried to tell one guy who almost bought my 83 C20 before I sold it about the forum but he didn't know what a forum was? I was like "it's an internet message board where people can sign up for free and discuss stuff" and he just stared at me blankly at which point I was like... "anyway, it's got a small block 350 and th400 blah blah blah" I figured he cared because he showed up driving a square but clearly he was not on top of technology :)
