Should I just buy a new on? I get intermittent stalling once in a while and tried to tighten down the torx screws but still wet around there

Looks like it's leaking at the housing seal, which iirc, is the regulator diaphragm itself.

I guess it’s bad if it’s leaking where the spring and the cylinder that sorrounds it gonna buy the kit I reckon

Wow, that looks pretty nasty. Have you replaced the inline fuel filter yet?

The regulator is a well known point of failure on the TBI, but it could have been jammed up with whatever that junk is. I would maybe think of replacing with a high quality adjustable regulator like the Jet one on Summit and also replace your inline fuel filter.

Are u saying it’s just the gasket?

and yes... that' all bad. If you don't want to drop the ~$100 on an adjustable regulator, you can buy a rebuild kit for about $25 at any parts store and it has all of those gaskets and diaphrams in it. Make sure you clean the hell out of all of that before replacing the seals and gaskets, and also check and/or replace your fuel filter.
