I'm currently looking into a set of boggers for my mud truck however 2 of the four i'm looking at are pretty bald. i'm wondering how hard is it to regroove a tire like this and how much rubber , depth wise, can be removed? I have attached pictures of the 2 bald boggers. thanks

You can gain 1/4" - 3/8" tread depth. Since they are Bias ply you got lots of meat to work with before you hit the nylon belts. Now if you use the 1/4" vibrating tire groover you're going to have a sore wrist by the time you're done. You may want to look into a 4" angle grinder with one of those nifty chainsaw tooth looking blades, you'll have to go real slow till you get the feel of it.
