I am upgrading my 87 1/2 ton rear axle to a 14bff. Also I don't know what t-case I have. I have the TH350 trans. Also going from short box to long box frame due to major rust holes and a great deal. Any insight from the pros?

LOL. Forgot to ask the question. My son distracted me. I need a rear driveshaft for the longer wheel base. Am I going to have to customize one to fit my current t-case to bolt up to the 14bff? ALso what about the front shaft? They must use bigger u-joints right?

Fronts are the same but if you can find a rear driveshaft for a 3/4 ton 4wd (depending if you have a slip yoke rear output on your t-case or fixed yoke with the slip made in the driveshaft) it should bolt right in.

14 bolt will have at least a 1350 u-joint at the pinion where 1/2 ton is 1310. If you get the whole 3/4 ton d-shaft it will have 1350 at both ends so you may need a bigger t-case yoke.
