I dont think my system has a reciver drier
The dryer is the silver can looking thing attached to the evaporator. But save that for when you are finally connecting it all up to leak test, as they tend to absorb moisture in the air if left open for long. Like Ricko suggested, flush the evaporator out, the goal is to get all the old mineral oil out (assuming you are going with R134a) then add in the correct amount of PAG oil. I would suggest a parallel flow condenser as well.
The general loose rule for oil capacity:
•Compressor- (1 ounce)
•Evaporator - (3 ounces)
•Condenser - (1 ounce)
•Accumulator (2 ounces)
