Primary Throttle Shaft/Linkages?

Finally got to look at this quickly, Sunday if the day I hope to get whatever wrong fixed.

1. Accelerator to the floor doesn't open primaries all the way, no secondary at all. I did hold the stop so the linkage could turn. New accelerator cable, seems to long.
2. Something with the choke fast idle is causing the throttle to stick open (20% is my guess). Maybe I should just put the 2step fast idle can back on? If that wasn't sticking I think it would idle normally.

removed fast idle cams/linkages and now it doesn't stick anymore. going to troubleshoot tomorrow

Got it. Truck runs great now, yay! Even seems to hold 75+ on the intestate without bouncing between 4&3. So happy
