I ordered my lug nuts for the caprice from them and they were great (as always). Used my discount code which pretty much made shipping free they did mess up the order slightly but a customer service rep called me BEFORE I even got the shipment to tell me and that the few lugs that were missing were already shipped out I can't argue with that. It was top notch customer service there

If I recall I used USPS to ship and I think Rock auto was completely justified using a package 6 times the size of my item to ship. I tried shipping Mr. Clean a GPS in a padded envelope I got from the post office and when he received it the thing was completely destroyed in pieces. I would have been really bummed if my stuff arrived destroyed, but sending it in a box that large and flat might tempt them to play Frisbee with it or some ****. And were supposed to be concerned about the postal service going bankrupt?!?!

I get it now, the prize is no longer a refrigerator magnet.... its enough cardboard to build a fort, or start a fire and keep warm all winter.
