PCV in aftermarket valve covers

So I’m looking at running some tall valve covers, and my truck has a PCV so will this just fit in the valve cover no issues or will I need to modify it? Thanks

If you get covers with PVC/ breather holes, yes.

If the new ones don’t have a PCV grommet, you’ll need one.

Generally with aftermarket covers, one gets a PCV and the other gets a breather cap. There is a different sized grommet to fit each.
