My transmission grenaded. It's time for an upgrade. These are brand new and almost impossible to get, most will say in stock but actually have an arrival time around july/august when you are in checkout. They are beefy transmissions in a small package. They are rated at 600 Torque and can shift at 7500rpm no problem... That sounds like the perfect manual transmission for a high revving 500hp small block chevy. And perfect in our square bodys if they will fit easily.
I saw a few boxes in warehouses and they are stamped Hecho En Mexico. That is something to know when spending $3,300 or so depending on tax in your state.
Specifications:
Torque Capacity - 600 lb•ft
Shift Capacity - 7,500 rpms
Input Splines - 10 or 26
Output Splines - 31
Shifter Positions - 3 (Over 25 with STX Shifter Upgrade)
Speedo Output - Mechanical and Electronic
Gear Sets:
Wide
3.27, 1.98, 1.34, 1.00, 0.72
Close
2.87, 1.89, 1.28, 1.00, 0.81 or 0.68
