New to the site. Been lurking around for awhile looking for some ideas on what I want to build But here is what I ended up with.
Got myself an 89 Suburban V1500. Swapped the engine the weekend I got it home with a new 350 from summit( didn't want any extra headaches from smog). I put on a 4" lift from ORD. Soon to come before the move will be a 14bolt FF rear axle I have sitting in the garage and converting the front 10 bolt to 8 lug. Painted the grille black. Also installed a 30" rigid bar to the front bumper. Only things really left to fix are a slight leak from the rear seal on the transmission and some slop in the steering. Not to worried about the paint.

Dude, you have to go to Fort Walton Beach and go to Buffalo's Reef for some awesome wings. Get the standard Hot/medium/mild to your liking. I can't imagine you being disappointed. They started doing a few other razzy flavors like Buffalo Wild Wings......I can't dig em nor vouch for them. Trust me......Go!

Wanna go Deep Sea fishing? Hook up with New Florida Girl party boat. If good fish are biting, they won't leave until they stop. A lot of other boats leave cuz they don't want their holes to run dry. They give a military discount as well. The captain is Jim and his wife is Suzie if I remember correctly.

I'm actually shipping all my vehicles out since I have three to move. I have a 2009 Z06 as well that Im sending to a shop in Georgia to get a new cam and some long tubes put in.

Going to be a busy few weeks once it starts. I'm deployed overseas right now so I'll be house shopping as soon as I get back to the states and making the transition over.
