Cool old Pontiac!! I would rather see a 455 Pontiac engine in it though.

Kinda hard to complain about a factory 427 vs a 455 Ponch. They are both good at certain things. Is it a stick? Sweet ride!

That's badass. I love those land yachts. I had 2 different 64 Grand Prixs with the POS Roto Hyrdo 375 Auto Transmissions. AKA the Slim Jim trans.

I'd like it better with the Pontiac motor, but being it's a Canadian model and came OEM with the BBC, I do like that one just as well.

Nice ride!!! I have always liked the Parisiennes and Bonnevilles! Once you've got it further along, post some more pics so I can drool some more.

That's nice! I love 60's cars.

I never knew that Canadian Pontiacs came with Chevy engines. That's interesting.

Canadian Pontiacs are interesting cars, love 'em. Acadians were Chevy II's, Beaumont's were Chevelles, Laurentians were base full sizes with the Parisienne being an Bonneville. One of the favorites I have ever seen was a '58 with a 348 Tripower like the 58 Impala my grandad had.

You're right, they are very interesting, just like the Mexican and South American Squarebodies are and all year model trucks for that matter. Like they kept the Squarebody much into our GMT400 years and came with Dana 44 Rear ends rather then GM Corp 10 bolt rear ends.

Here's one you'll like being you mentioned it above. This thing is saweeet !!! I'd rock it. Hard to see the Pontiac Arrow emblem in the center of the grill, but you do see the front parking lights and turn signals. That is a Pontiac Acadian.

Here are some pics that are identical to one of my 64 Grand Prixs. It was white with Black interior. 389 Carter AFB Carb, Automatic and AC with power windows and seat belts.

any more canadian/ usa pics to show how they differ? canadian pontiacs sit on an impala frame. which is why our cars are not widebodys like a gp or bonneville. nobody would ever notice this, unless they knew the difference.

I've been trying to track down a 1966 Superior Pontiac like this that had a factory 421 and a 4 speed.

Superior built Caddies in Lima, the Pontiacs were built in Kosciusko, MS.

Ohio has had more professional car coach builders than any other state.
