Missing Power @ Fuse Box

So I am trying to figure out why I am missing power at a couple of points on my fuse box. It doesn't matter if the key is off, key is in the run position or if the truck is running. The circled area in red does not get any power.

Thoughts?

So those two spots get power from the RADIO TCS fuse. You can't see it in the picture I posed but from the original picture you can see the fuse is blown. So I'll replace the fuse and check again.

And while I'm at it I'm going to pull the radio.

My 74 had this problem. I pulled the box from the firewall and there was corrosion and broken wires. I replaced the complete wire harness with a Street Rod wire harness.

Damn that's an old school fuse box there.
