That look has nothing to do with spindles,that look is dictated by the position of the upper and lower control arm mounts. Example would be, even a stock height vehicle,use moog problem solver offset mount shafts,set maximum inboard on top control arm, maximum out board on bottom, this is going to suck the top in and kick the bottom out. That's just one example make a spacer for the lower shaft,use a shorter upper control arm or a longer lower. I personally think it's a horrible idea due to the loss of steering/ suspension geometry and the loss of contact patch on the tire for braking.I want the camber look. My neighbor has a ‘75 Ford that’s got the look I want but I know it’s easier to swap that springs on it because it’s an I-beam truck.
