My thoughts on the set-up:

100% improvement in ride quality. As I was thinking it, the GF said she noticed it.

On the F250 towers, if you are as anal as I am about symetry, do the passenger side first. With the fuel/brake lines running inside the passenger frame rail you are linited with your bolt placement. Meaning, you bolt pattern will not be the same as the driver side.

I had to re-route my remote starter solenoid wires as I had the running out a hole in the frame, which were more visable as a result of trimming the fender well.

Alingment? All of a sudden my alignment is off. Need to look into that.

Re-installing the top wasnt too bad. Good thing I dont plan on taking it off for a very loooong time.

Front end in done: completely rebuilt and now has 5" of lift.

Next major mod: ORD shackle filp kit.

Occured to me it might be the shims I removed, altered the caster which might have altered the tow.....

You just need to adjust the drag link to re-center the steering wheel. You're zero rates changed the angle on the drag link.

I'm using 11" travel shocks, but that's the thing with the Ferd mounts, you can cut to fit for any amount of travel you need. My guess is you could probably go up to about 14"
