Can someone please confirm the name and size of the 6 pointed socket required to get the lock nuts off the brake drums on a K30 and post a picture.

I’ve googled and googled but can’t find a good picture and when i describe it to my parts / tools guys they look at me as if i have a welly on my head.

I’ve never come across them before but can’t imagine its so unique i can’t just order it off amazon / ebay.

Thanks
Jordi

I don't think they are the same for all years. But look for a K30 rear spindle nut socket for your year. I think Hobo freight has an assortment pack.

The type like the one I circled in this picture is very handy on the rear axle. The center sleeve locates into the spindle so you can really put some torque on the breaker bar without the socket being as likely to slip off.
