Intermittent wiper controller?

My truck has CD4 intermittent wipers but the intermittent part don't work.

Is there a controller somewhere that is burned out?

The controller could be faulty, yes. It's mounted under the dash, just on the underside of the steering column. Originally, anyway. It could just be hanging out under there depending on who may have worked on the truck in the past.
